COMMUNICATIONS
Enterprise Communication Strategy
The need for a communication strategy was evident as the organization buzzed with new changes and activities. Information was being misconstrued, misunderstood, and missed altogether. Once this gap was recognized, I began an initiative to guide the company to more effective messaging and audience awareness.
Over the years, we developed a product that prompts communicators to provide important details depending on their message purpose. The product offers prepared audience groups and rules to indicate the appropriate communication channel.
Launching New Traditions
While working with our partners across the organization, it was evident that geography was standing in our way to achieve the level of collaboration we needed around targeted projects. In many cases, coworkers may have worked together for years, but didn't feel there was a valuable relationship established.

I took a leap and decided people needed to spend time together - REALLY together. I established a mission, and agenda, and began the complete coordination of hosting 300+ people at a three day event. I watched firsthand as people arrived to learn new project details and leave with not only more details, but more importantly, a deeper connection with the partners they work with every day.
